The question came amid a sexual harassment scandal in the division involving Judge President Selby Mbenenge.
In 2025, Mbenenge was accused of sexual harassment by High Court clerk Andiswa Mengo, a matter being challenged in the courts.
During her interview on Tuesday, Majiki was asked about her commitment during her interview in 2025 to have the sexual harassment policy embraced in the court.
Majiki said, “That’s why I said to the Acting Judge President, maybe we should come up with means of making it our daily agenda. For instance, I said if we are having one of those meetings… we have a meeting at the beginning of every term, we have the item, social gatherings, we have a presentation on the item, because it’s something that we have got to live with.”
