“I want to rectify the record that I am concerned, I have never submitted a letter of resignation at Centlec. I still consider myself an employee of Centlec.

“So the alleged letter was never written by me, which is why it doesn’t even have my signature. It is a matter that I currently guess my legal team.”

According to Mamatu, the confrontation took place during what was intended as a routine meeting with the Sekoboto to discuss purchasing matters. Instead, the discussion took a sudden turn when the allegations of Actionsa were raised.

Sekoboto reportedly accused Mamatu from leaking information to the political party and then presented him a letter of resignation, reportedly already typed and demanded his signature. The letter was then signed by the CFO as a witness present during the meeting.

“I am still shocked by these developments,” said Mamatu. “The last time I checked it, I had a meeting with the CEO and we discussed issues with regard to purchasing.

“Out of the blue we ultimately discussed the issues of accusations made by Actionsa about things from Centlec, and that led him to bring a letter to me that had already been typed with the question of using my signature that I refused.”

Deep -rooted conspiracy

Mamatu said that this morning he was also refused access to the central building by guards, which would urgently seek legal use. His legal team is now preparing to submit a judicial application and an application of what he describes as an illegal termination.
