Six cricketers of the Northern Cape Heat were nominated for the annual Cricket South Africa (CSA) Awards for the 2023-’24 season.
They are:
Mark Charlton (division 2: Coach of the Year);
Ernest Kemm (T20 Knock out Player of the Season);
Basheer Walters (division 2: One-day Player of the Season); and
Jason Oakes, Johan van Dyk, and Hanu Viljoen (all three nominated in division 2: Four-day Domestic Series Player of the Season).
The awards ceremony will take place on 5 September in Midrand.
