JOHANNESBURG- The former personal assistant to former Free State premier Ace Magashule will appear in court in Bloemfontein on Monday morning.
Moraadi Cholota was to testify as a state witness to expose the multi-million rand asbestos procurement scandal.
She laid her feelings bare at the Zondo Commission, but while studying in the US she got cold feet.
Cholota was extradited from the United States and is expected to file a bail application.
