SA’s Road Carnage | Calls for the regulation of Gauteng scholar transport

JOHANNESBURG – Gauteng Education Transport Services, Pilane Ramarutsi calls for Gauteng Education and Transport Departments to regulate Scholar Transport.  

Currently they’ve partnered with the Road Accident Fund in training drivers to ensure the safety of learners.

This follows a mass funeral service for ten of the eleven pupils killed in the horrific scholar transport crash last month in Carletonville.
