MIDDELBURG – The issue of safe scholar transport has once again come into the spotlight.
This after six pupils were killed and 20 injured in a collision between a bus and train just outside Middelburg.
Government officials visited the Morelig Combined School and the families of the victims.
Minister of Basic Education, Siviwe Gwarube discussed this with eNCA.
Gwarube says the public should report bad driving. She’s also calling for stricter law enforcement.
