JCA: Gwamanda is uncaring and insensitive

JOHANNESBURG – Calls are mounting for Joburg mayor Kabelo Gwamanda to resign.

The Johannesburg Crisis Alliance wants Gwamanda out and replaced with a new mayor who puts the needs of residents first.

But Gwamanda insists he’s doing the best he can to turn the metro around.
