GERMISTON – Authorities are being urged to improve their communication and planning as people suffer the after-effects of the month-long Rand Water maintenance.
High-lying areas have still not recovered following last week’s maintenance to the system supplying the  Tshwane and Ekurhuleni metros.
Some taps are still dry, and many people are finding it difficult to track down trucks delivering water.
