Gauteng police have arrested a suspect in connection with the murder of Ntombifuthi Nxumalo in Tembisa.
Nxumalo’s naked body was found at Mooifontein Cemetery on Saturday, with severe head injuries and stones scattered around her.

Preliminary police investigations suggested the woman was last seen leaving a local tavern in Tembisa with an unidentified man.
Residents said they heard a woman screaming and pleading for her life the previous night.
Investigators traced a suspect to Tembisa before discovering he had fled to Mohlabaneng village in Limpopo.
A joint police team arrested the suspect while he was asleep in his room.
