Limpopo MECs and Mayors spotted at the Launch Queen Modjadji Series at Monte Casino – Tzaneen Voice

FOURWAYS-In a grand celebration of cultural heritage, Limpopo’s provincial leaders attended the launch of the highly anticipated local series, “The Reign Queen Modjadji,” at Monte Casino in Fourways.

The series, which aims to showcase the rich traditions and culture of the Balobedu Tribe, promises to captivate audiences with its authentic storytelling and vibrant depiction of Balobedu customs.

The provincial delegation was led by MEC for Education, Mme Mavhungu Lerule-Ramakhanya, MEC for Sports, Arts and Culture, Mr Funani Jerry Maseko, and the Limpopo Provincial Legislature Speaker, Mme Makoma Makhurupetje.

Also in attendance were the Mayor of Greater Letaba Municipality, His Worship Cllr. Dagma Mamanyoha, and the Mayor of Thulamela, Mme Sarah Rambuda. The Regent of Bolobedu Royal Nation, Mr Mpapatla Modjadji, added a touch of regal splendor to the event with his presence.

The launch was further graced by actors and actresses from across the country, the management of Multi-Choice, and the team from Rythmworld production, led by the renowned Duma Ka Ndlovu. Their collective presence highlighted the importance of this cultural milestone and the anticipation surrounding the series.

Scheduled to air from July 14th on Mzansi Magic channel 161, “The Reign Queen Modjadji” is set to offer viewers a profound look into the legacy and traditions of the Balobedu people. The series is a testament to the rich cultural tapestry of Limpopo and is expected to resonate deeply with audiences both locally and nationally.
