Overnight, temperatures will fall to 5°C beneath a crystal-clear sky.
Light south-southeasterly winds of 9 km/h are expected, with gusts reaching 24 km/h.
Cape Town: Cloudy start before afternoon sunshine
Cape Town will remain noticeably cooler, with a daytime high of 18°C.
The forecast calls for cloudy conditions in the morning before shifting clouds give way to sunshine during the afternoon.
Westerly winds will blow at 9 km/h, with gusts of up to 24 km/h.
There is an 18% chance of precipitation during the day, with no thunderstorms expected.
Cloud cover is forecast to remain high at 82%.
