SEDIBENG.- Nothandiwe ‘Spider’ Copiso has been selected for the Gauteng Schools Netball Team.
This Khutlo-Tharo Secondary School learner is one of the three players from Sedibeng been selected in the Gauteng School Netball U14 Team. She needs your financial assistance to make her dreams come true.

Copiso must raise amount of R5 200 for this upcoming Gauteng School Sports Tournament schedule to take place at Dr E G Jansen in Boksburg from June 28 – July 12. This amount is for accommodation, transport, tournament fee and photo among others.
Speaking to Sedibeng Ster Sport, Lebohang Mphuthi, who is Copiso’s brother and Coach at Vaal Stars Netball Team made a special plea to the Sedibeng business, companies, community and individuals to help the youngster to the mentioned amount.
A lifetime opportunity…
He told Sedibeng Ster Sport that this is a lifetime opportunity for Copiso and it comes once. Mphuthi said this is a great opportunity for Copiso to showcase her talent on a bigger stage. He believes that Copiso is going to make Sedibeng proud in this school tournament.

‘We want to appeal to everyone out there to help this young girl to make her dreams come true. We will really appreciate your assistance because without you this young girl won’t be able to go and represent Sedibeng in the tournament. It will be sad if she doesn’t go due to finance. I trust God that a Good Samaritans will come forward to assist her. As her family and also her coach at Vaal Stars Netball Team, I know what this means to her. She is passionate about netball and her dream is to see herself playing for Netball South African national team in future,” said Mphuthi.
