JOHANNESBURG – As the deadlock in negotiations to form a unity government in Gauteng continues, residents in the province are concerned about the knock-on effect of the ongoing impasse on service delivery issues.

The Cabinet announcement has been postponed twice as the ANC and the DA disagree over the make-up of the executive council.

The parties accuse each other of negotiating in bad faith.
