Thursday’s weather: Fine to hot in most parts; rain in Western Cape, Eastern Cape

Wet conditions are forecast for parts of the Eastern Cape, Western Cape and Northern Cape, but it will be fine and hot in most parts of the country, according to the South African Weather Service.
