Athletes from across the province competed in various age categories at the Mpumalanga Cross Country Championships, showcasing endurance, skill, and determination.

Men 35–39 (8km): Mandla Nkasinde (Eskom) 27:10.
Men 40–44 (8km): Emmanuel Mabaso (NAA) 32:13.
Men 45–49 (8km): Dirk van Heerden (Lake Umuzi) 32:38.
Men 50–54 (8km): Andrew Dollenberg (LVCC) 37:06.
Men 60–64 (6km): Johannes Swanepoel (LUSMC) 28:40.
Men 65–69 (6km): Gideon Radebe (Thungela) 27:02.
