Tuesday’s weather: Light snow, hail in Eastern Cape but cold to cool conditions elsewhere

Severe thunderstorms, light snow, and hail forecast for the Eastern Cape while very cold conditions are expected in parts of KwaZulu-Natal, according to the South African Weather Service.
