Cape Town floods | More rain and wind expected this weekend

CAPE TOWN – Cape Town’s emergency teams remain vigilant and on standby as a Level 4 warning for disruptive rain and a Level 2 warning for damaging winds remain in place from Friday. 

There have been no new reports of any damage across the city from the floods.

But residents are still not in the clear.

A cold is forecast to bring more rain, high winds and rough waves this weekend.

The Weather Service is pleading with residents to pay attention to alerts and exercise caution.
