Cape in the grip of winter cold and storms

CAPE TOWN – More cold weather is expected across many parts of the country again. 

In the Western Cape, severe conditions may bring damaging winds and high waves.

According to Colin Deiner, the Western Cape’s head of disaster management, they are on alert in the affected areas, with resources in place and people being notified.
