South Africa: Construction starts at Wind Garden plant

NOA Group has reached financial close and started construction of the Wind Garden wind farm, close to Makhanda in South Africa’s Eastern Cape. Power will be sold to commercial and industrial (C&I) users through NOA’s wheeling platform, NOA Trading.
