Johannesburg – The public protector is in finding no misconduct by the president, in the theft of the Phala Phalaa foreign currency.
The case is currently in court, after the Hola Bon Renaissance Foundation has requested the full report from the protector.
On Friday, lawyer Kholeka GcALeka announced that she has released President Cyril Ramaphosa from accusations of incorrect behavior. There were claims that he had mixed his role as president of the country and leader of the ANC when he campaigned for the party.

Gcaleka also discovered that a complaint that the former police -Minister, Bheki Cele, infringed, infringed in the Executive Ethical Code by using public funds to attend the Rugby World Cup 2023 in Paris was not substantiated.
