“We were activated at around 3:50 this morning as emergency services, and on arrival we found a truck and a bus that partially collided on the site,” said Free State Emergency Communications Manager Sipho Towa.
The vehicles clashed outside Redersburg on Wednesday morning. And led to a total closure of the road, where traffic was diverted to alternative routes.

Twenty -three others have been injured, some critical.
The bus reportedly traveled from Gauteng to the Eastern Cape with 33 passengers on board.
The province’s emergency service said that the work to restore authorities in both vehicles was underway.
