Sa Weather | Very weather causes chaos and destruction

Johannesburg – Serious rain showers that have activated floods caused chaos and destruction in many parts of the country this week.

At least 10 people died due to heavy weather conditions in the country, seven in Kwazulu-Natal, two in the eastern Cape and one in the northwest.

Head of the National Disaster Management Center, Elias Sithole said: “We can take advantage of those resources, but also introduce the fire brigade to help in some areas.”
