Top Limpopo cop is urging people with relationship problems to seek help after couple were found dead in their home

CAPE TOWN – Limpopo Police Commissioner Thembi Hadebe has called on couples facing relationship difficulties to seek professional assistance, following a tragic murder-suicide in Motserereng Village. On Monday, police discovered the bodies of a 49-year-old man and his 45-year-old partner in their home. Investigations revealed that a heated argument had led to the man throwing boiling water on the woman, causing severe burns that resulted in her death. Subsequently, the man took his own life by hanging. Authorities found a death note beside his body, which they believe will aid their investigation. Hadebe’s appeal underscores the importance of addressing relationship issues through professional help to avoid such devastating outcomes.
