NGO says Eastern Cape gov must not 'embarrass' itself in scholar transport debacle with court appeal

A children’s rights organisation in the Eastern Cape has urged the provincial government to avoid embarrassment and comply with a court order and provide scholar transport for all eligible pupils in 2025.
