JOHANNESBURG – Some lucky families are welcoming additional members this Christmas.
As parents celebrate their little miracles Gauteng Health MEC Nomantu Nkomo-Ralehoko and Deputy Home Affairs Minister Njabulo Nzuza are on hand to help them get the bundles of joy registered.
