Western Cape Education Department’s R1.2 billion IT tender under scrutiny

The Sita board has come under scrutiny over its inability to settle on whether to accept and implement recommendations of a report by Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyer following an investigation into its procurement process in awarding a R1. 2 billion IT tender.
