Public Works Minister fumes after his deputy accuses Western Cape of exploiting foreign nationals

The Minister of Public Works and Infrastructure, Dean Macpherson, has lashed out at his deputy, Sihle Zikalala, for accusing the Western Cape of “exploiting foreign nationals” and turning them into “cheap labour”.
