JOHANNESBURG – Gauteng Economic Development and Finance MEC, Lebogang Maile says his department is concerned about tensions between foreigners running spaza shops and locals in townships.
Maile was speaking as 7-year-old Katlego Oliphant is being laid to rest in Naledi, Soweto after allegedly eating contaminated food.
Oliphant’s death follows the death of his five friends who were buried last week.
