Westbury residents protest over water outages

JOHANNESBURG – Gauteng residents are still struggling to access water.

On Wednesday, Westbury residents took to the streets, demanding government tells them when supply will be restored.

Several other areas have also been left without water, with Rand Water warning of a looming crisis.

Joburg Water has imposed water restrictions, which went into effect in September.
