CAPE TOWN – Another police officer linked to insurance-related murders and pocketing R10m in claims was arrested and appeared in court last week.

Rachel Shokane-Kutumela allegedly murdered six-people and began her killing spree in 2019.

The case is similar to that of convicted murderer Rosemary Ndlovu and Agnes Setshwantsho.
