Water crisis — Joburg skirts Day Zero for fourth time in a year

City of Johannesburg councillors are starting to make disaster plans for Day Zero in areas that have been without water for the past week. These are plans by civil society to assist the public with access to water if the system fails. Johannesburg’s general water crisis is now generalised.
