Crime bites: Cops arrest Limpopo drug dealer

Polokwane – Limpopo police arrested a 21-year-old man with heroin and crystal meth worth over R6,000 in Matlapa village. He appeared in court in Seshego last week.

Heilbron – Free State police arrested two brothers for killing a 29-year-old man over a cigarette. The victim was stabbed multiple times. The suspects will appear in Heilbron court soon.

Mankweng – The Polokwane SAPS Stock Theft Unit is investigating the theft of six cattle, including two calves, worth R78,000. The cattle are branded on their left thighs.

Embalenhle – Mpumalanga police are searching for two-year-old Khayone Xavier Pakeni, who vanished while playing in his yard on Wednesday morning.

Phuthaditjhaba – The Hawks arrested Maletsatsi Julia Mathibela, 49, for fraud and money laundering involving Covid-19 funds. She claimed R199,000 for fake employees. Released on R5,000 bail, her case continues on 18 November.
