JOHANNESBURG – Vice President Paul Mashatile will deliver the keynote address at the national commemoration event in Ficksburg, Free State, to mark Heritage Day.
The theme for this year is ‘Celebrating the lives of our heroes and heroines who gave their lives for our freedom’.
National Monument Day was first declared a national holiday in 1996.
