By-elections | DA continues dominance and retains all five wards

JOHANNESBURG – Local by-elections were held this week.

After the MK Party’s strong showing in the May elections, all eyes were on Kwazulu Natal.

A total of 23 by-elections took place in 14 municipalities in Gauteng, Kwazulu-Natal the Free State, Limpopo and the North West.
