A VIDEO, which trended over the weekend, has put a spotlight back on hospital horror stories. 

Many people have gone through them and in many cases, very little has been done to deal with the problems. 

This time, all eyes were on Helen Joseph Hospital in Joburg, which was slammed by former media personality Tom London.

He showed the devastating state patients are exposed to and spoke about the treatment by doctors.

Reacting to the video, the Department of Health instituted its own investigation, which led to the MEC visiting the facility on Sunday, 8 September. The outcome of the findings can be found here. 

Daily Sun reached out to the public, asking them to send their views on the matter.
