‘Tragic and gruesome’: Man arrested for hacking his 78-year-old mum and 60-year-old sister-in-law to death

The man initially attacked his neighbour, a 23-year-old woman, then he went home and allegedly killed his 78-year-old mother and 60-year-old sister-in-law with the same object.
