Parliament flags pit latrines and pre-dawn bus pickups at Mpumalanga schools

Schools being forced to buy water, pit latrine toilets at early childhood development centres, and pupils from a special school having to board a bus at 03:20 – these are among the problems identified by the Portfolio Committee on Basic Education at Mpumalanga schools.
