Police are investigating a fatal weekend mass shooting in Newclare, in the west of Johannesburg.
Three victims, aged between 18 and 20, were found dead inside the flat after police responded to a shooting complaint on Saturday night.
Two other victims, aged 18 and 23, sustained gunshot wounds and were rushed to hospital for further treatment.
The motive for the shooting remains unclear, with the suspects still at large and no arrests made as police work to piece together what happened.
“Anyone with information that may assist with the investigation may contact the Crime Stop Line on 08600 10111 or submit information anonymously via the MySAPS App,” said Gauteng police spokesperson Tintswalo Sibeko.
