Wednesday’s weather: Cold, wet conditions across SA, fine and cool in Western Cape

Very cold and wet conditions are expected across parts of the Eastern Cape, southern KwaZulu-Natal, southern Free State, and along the Lesotho border with the passage of a cut-off low weather system. The system is expected to clear from the west by Thursday, according to the South African Weather Service.
