The South African Weather Service (SAWS) has warned of very cold, wet and windy conditions expected over the southern parts of the Namakwaland district in the Northern Cape, the Cape Winelands, Central and Little Karoo in the Western Cape, and the western high-lying areas of the Eastern Cape.
