March against unplaced pupils in WC

CAPE TOWN – The Equal Education movement is set to march to the Western Cape legislature against unplaced black and coloured pupil.

This group of pupils has been were found to be on the waiting list of those denied admission to Western Cape schools by its Education department.

The movement says black pupils are facing battles similar to injustices that confronted young people prior to the 1976 Soweto uprising.
