The party has identified its slain members as Mozwakhile Zungu and Siyabonga Mabaso.
This attack brings the number of murders of politically active individuals over the voter registration weekend to four.
Democratic Alliance (DA) by-election candidate Sinovuyo Dyokwe was killed in Cape Town, while African National Congress (ANC) ward councillor Sicelo Mleve was shot in Gqeberha on Saturday.
Police are investigating all four killings, which have drawn condemnation from across the political spectrum.
The parties involved, each mourning what they described as valued members, said they will not speculate on the motive behind the attacks.
However, they have not ruled out the possibility that the murders were politically motivated.
The DA has offered a cash reward of R50,000 for information that could help solve the murder of Dyokwe.
