The call is open to registered arts, culture and heritage organisations, individual artists and events companies based in the Western Cape. Applicants must be South African citizens. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
Eligibility and conditions
- Only one application is permitted per organisation, individual or company.
- Funding is limited.
- Funding will be allocated for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
- Submission of a completed application does not guarantee funding.
- Applications must fall within the funding categories specified in the official advert.
Application process
- Applications must be submitted online via the official application form.
- Faxed, hand-delivered or emailed applications will not be accepted.
- The closing date is 9 March 2026 at 23:59. Late submissions will not be accepted, as the system will close automatically.
- Applicants must have or create a Google account to access and complete the form.
- The form consists of nine sections, all of which must be completed.
- Applicants must click the “Submit” button at the end of the form to finalise submission. A confirmation email will be issued once the application has been successfully submitted.
- Applications may be edited at any time before the closing date, provided the “Submit” button is clicked again after making changes.

- Proof of registration (NPO/NPC certificate or tax compliance documentation)

- Founding documents
