Kenton Primary star Wandile Binda wins U12 100m at Gauteng Championships | Alberton Record

Kenton Primary School is celebrating a proud sporting achievement after young athlete Wandile Binda secured first place in the U12 100m race at the Gauteng Championships, held on March 13 and 14.

Wandile’s outstanding performance on the track has earned him provincial recognition and a place among Gauteng’s top young athletes.

Following his triumph, Wandile was invited to attend the Gauteng Honours Function at Curro Midrand Sagewood, where the official Gauteng team list was announced.

The event celebrated the province’s finest young sports stars, with Wandile proudly included among them.

He will now represent Gauteng at the upcoming South African Championships in Cape Town, taking place from March 19 to 22.
