SAHRC report exposes widespread municipal collapse across North West

The South African Human Rights Commission has found that municipal service delivery in North West has deteriorated to the point of systemic collapse, with 14 municipalities out of 19 – and the provincial government – implicated in widespread violations of residents’ basic rights.
