Healthcare workers visited Zwelisha and Clau-Clau communities on Wednesday, August 13.

According to MEC Sasekani Manzini, both young and old individuals underwent screenings for various diseases and received guidance on regular medical check-ups at their nearest clinic to ensure that their health status is monitored and treated accordingly.

“The Mpumalanga DoH will continue to implement the primary objective of the Cheka Impilo campaign. The aim of the campaign is to encourage communities to proactively manage their well-being through regular screenings, testing, and participation in preventative healthcare measures that address pressing health challenges,” said Manzini.

Healthcare workers prepare to assist residents.
