JOHANNESBURG – Former Deputy President, David Mabuza, has been remembered for his selflessness and care for young people.
But his legacy is also being remembered as a more complicated one, especially in Mpumalanga.
Mabuza will be laid to rest in Mbombela, Mpumalanga, with an Official State Funeral Category 2, which includes full military honours.
He died in a Johannesburg hospital last week, aged 64.
The funeral service will be followed by a private burial in his home town of Barberton.
