Bloemfontein – In the process, the Supreme Court of Free State has taken over a judgment in the process in which Moroadi Cholota was involved.
She is accused next to the former prime minister of the free state of Ace Magashule in the asbestos corruption case.
Judge Phillip Loubser ruled that her extradition from the US was illegal.

“The extradition of Mrs. Cholota from the US to the Republic of South Africa is stated that it has been made illegal due to a lack of a valid and legal request for its extradition by the South African executive,” Loubser said.
“This court does not have the jurisdiction to try Mrs. Cholota on the offenses with which she is accused.”
She claimed that she was taken illegally and that the court has no jurisdiction to prosecute her.
