NPA secures an important profit from the state: Gupta Associates Sharma, Ragavan and free state officials who go back to court

In a historic statement, the Supreme Court in 2023 of Gupta Lieutenant Iqbal Sharma, gupta-linked director Ronica Ragavan, and senior freedom of freedom officers in the R24.9m Nulane Fraud Case. The court found several legal errors in the original trial and ordered a new trial for a new judge.
