Maximum means sandwiched to help find missing Kamogelo Baukudi: Police Ministry

Johannesburg – The Ministry of Police said that maximum resources have been overtaken to help find a missing teenager in Bloemfontein.

It is more than a week since Kamogelo Baukudi was missing, without signs of his place of residence.

Earlier in June the 19-year-old boy and his friend traveled in his car when two men reportedly argued that police officers stopped their vehicle.

The men claimed that the teenager’s car was suspected of supplying drugs and took him in their vehicle, claiming to take him to a police station.

One person has been arrested for the crime and will soon appear before the Bloemfontein Magistrates Court.

The Ministry of Police continues to appeal to the public for help finding the missing teenager and other suspects involved in the case.

“The team has followed several leads and has spoken with family members and friends and has also dealt with their sources in an attempt to find the missing teenager,” said Kamogelo Mogotsi police spokesperson.

“The investigation is still underway and the ministry assures the public that maximum resources have been used to guarantee the safe return of Kamogelo.”
